Program Overview

The Assessment Certificate Program (ACP) is a workshop-based program designed to provide training and support for faculty and staff engaged in the assessment of student learning.  This program was originally created by DePaul University and Loyola University Chicago. In 2021, City Colleges of Chicago joined as a managing member of the ACP.

At DePaul University, the ACP has historically been coordinated as a partnership between Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.

At Loyola University Chicago, the ACP has historically been coordinated by staff in the Divisions of Student Academic Services and Student Development.

At City Colleges of Chicago (CCC), the ACP is coordinated by CCC’s Academic Affairs.
